Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality social work services to adults in need.
Conduct assessments to understand the needs, strengths and risks of the individuals.
Develop, implement and review care plans in collaboration with the service user.
Advocate for the rights and needs of service users.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
Social Work England registration
Eligible to work in the UK
Hold a full UK licence
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
