Location:Primarily remote working with occasional travel required withinSurrey Sussex Hampshire andLondon.

Functions

1. Responsibilityfor an agreed caseload of learners across the workarea.
2. Planning own diary and visiting learnerswithin their place of work.
3. Providing onetooneand group support teaching classes and conducting online tuitionsessions.
4. Identifying learners strengths andweaknesses and supporting progress.
5. Maintaininguptodate Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and attendingdelivery meetings.
6. Collaborating with theInternal Quality Assurer (IQA) to implementactions.
7. Promoting equal opportunities andaddressing issues raised during trainingeffectively.

Requirements

1. MinimumLevel 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or up to Level5.
2. Desirable to have an IQA qualification butnot essential.
3. Recognized adult teachingqualification (Certificate in Level 3 Education in Training orequivalent).
4. Recognized assessor qualification(CAVA or equivalent).
5. Good organizational andcommunication skills.
6. Knowledge of ongoingdevelopments within the occupationalarea.
7. Ability to provide constructive feedbackand review assessment plans.
8. Commitment toproviding highquality training to nationalstandards.
9. Flexibility to travel as necessaryto learners places of work.
10. Eligibility to workin the UK with a clean Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)check.
