I am delighted to be working with a leading supplier of solutions into the food, pharma and associated manufacturing industries across the island of Ireland, who are looking for an Administrator to join their thriving business on a permanent basis.
Role includes:
- Front of house / reception duties
- Meet and greet customers
- Answering telephones / emails
- Taking orders
- Processing paperwork
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Financial admin – processing invoices
- General office duties
About you:
- Experience in a similar role
- Sound level of IT literacy, experience in Microsoft Office and SAGE
- Eye for detail
- Confident communication skills and highly organised
