Our Wealth and Personal Banking business supports millions of individuals, families and investors worldwide. We provide products and services that include current accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as savings, investments, insurance and wealth management. We also have specialised relationship managers who support customers with bespoke requirements, including high net worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join the Global Operations team in the role of Administrator Retirement Services HOST on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Checking Annual Benefit Statements and Wake Up Packs 
• Dealing with valuation requests 
• Requesting information from Investment Managers via email and phone.
• Requesting updates from other Pension companies for transfers in via email and phone
• General clerical duties

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• A recent working background in pension administration is essential 
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills across all stakeholder levels
• Telephony experience is also essential 
• An aptitude to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining an outstanding level of attention to detail
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite packages

This is a full time, office-based role within our Fareham office on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
