We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy administration team.
You will be responsible as one of the school's primary first aiders, to provide support to pupils who feel unwell, need to take medication or had an accident, as well as liaising with parents/carers and staff to ensure the pupils' needs are met.
The post will also require you to provide full administrative support in our general office, support visitor & pupil reception areas and reprographics, as necessary.
You will work Monday to Friday, term time plus Inset days; 8:30am to 3:00pm – start and finish time can be discussed to suit the right candidate.
You will need to be a dedicated team player with a collaborative approach to working with others. The successful candidate will be highly organised, able to prioritise tasks, be calm under pressure and resilient. You will need to be able to work at pace, demonstrating urgency and attention to detail as well as being able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will have the ability to relate well to young people and adults, have the ability to deal with conflicting demands and be able to work flexibly. You will be working with colleagues and pupils across the school, so will need to love working with people and be prepared to work hard as part of the team.
Previous experience would be beneficial but full training will be given.
