Administration Assistant
Location: Clifton Park TC, York
Hours: hours per week, Full-time

Summary:
Clifton Park Hospital opened in 2006 and is located just outside York. The modern purpose built hospital has been rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and has first-class medical facilities including 24 beds, two theatres, a day case unit, a large outpatient department with X-ray facilities and on-site physiotherapy, including a small gym area. In 2018, the hospital opened a new outpatient department with 11 consulting rooms, two treatment rooms and x-ray facilities.
The role:
We currently have a great new opportunity for a Administration Assistant Booking Clerk to join our team at Clifton Park Hospital based in York. You will work in a busy bookings team managing a group of consultants for inpatient bookings and ensuring that all theatre procedures are booked in a timely manner. You will support the pre-assessment admin function of the hospital.
The hours of work vary over a 4 week period to cover pre-assessment and then the office on either an 08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00 or 11:00-18:00 shift.
There is the requirement to work 1 Saturday in 12 - this will be working on the main reception desk where full training will be given.
