Working for a highly reputable employer with a big finance team in Exeter.

Your new role

Supervising a small Accounts Payable team, dealing with day to day escalations, the main duties are as follows;

Responsible for supplier statement reconciliations.

Oversee cash and bank reconciliations

Supervising the processing of banking receipts and payments to the general ledger

Supervise supplier payment runs

Monitor the administration and clearing of GRN's

Ensure supplier credit notes are checked

Undertake VAT checking

What you'll need to succeed

Previous accounts payable experience and experience managing staff would be ideal.
