My client is a fantastic growing renewable energy company who are looking for a temporary Accounts Payable clerk to join their team based in the City of London offering a hybrid working model. They are dedicated to creating a sustainable future through innovative renewable energy solutions.
Job Description
The key responsibilities for the Accounts Payable role will be:
Process and manage accounts payable transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Reconcile invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in month-end closing processes and contribute to financial reporting.
Communicate effectively with vendors, resolving any payment-related queries.
Assist with any ad-hoc tasks.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in accounts payable or a related finance role.
Ability to start immediately.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
