Accounts Assistant Responsibilities

Administering sales and purchase ledger

Processing bank payment runs for the company’s 3 subsidiaries internationally

Preparing monthly prepayments and accruals

Bank account reconciliations

Assisting with auditing

Assisting with additional administrative tasks across the business

Accounts Assistant Experience Essentials

You will be an experienced Accounts Assistant or be looking to take a step into this role. You will be a team-player, happy to pitch in where needed. It would be great to have experience with Sage, although training can be provided where necessary. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be comfortable communicating with clients on the telephone. You must be proficient with MS Office and be committed to providing work of the highest standard.

To be successful in this position experience within the manufacturing industry would be beneficial.
