About Our Client
A long standing leader in the industry based in Brighton, looking for an expert Accounts Assistant to join their accounting teams role in handling finances for their clients across the South East.
Job Description
Producing monthly and quarterly client statements and reconciliations
annual-end service charge accounts
Assist in month end reconciliations
Assist in new management reconciliations
Produce bespoke reports for clients and property managers.
Deal with client, property manager, and tenant queries.
Involvement with the normal processes of an accounts department.
The Successful Applicant
Financial management - interpret financial information.
Implementation and accountability - understand what is required and ensure that essential tasks are achieved on time.
Customer service and strong communication skills
Professional competence - the ability to consider complex issues and challenges, identify options and plan for resolution.
High level understanding of Accounts Assistant and the confidence to tackle difficult reconciliations
Able to plan own work and coordinate with colleagues.
A good standard of education is essential
