The Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Workplace Liaison Manager to join our public sector and work in a revolutionary way across a multi-site account with a real focus on workplace and customer experience. In this forward-thinking role you will be enlisted to oversee total facilities management service delivery across a national platform. It's a very customer orientated position and you will be responsible for ensuring the company delivers its contractual obligations on time. The successful candidate will be required to work from the client’s Head Office in Stratford, London three days a week 8:30am-5pm and will be required to visit other sites, you will report directly into the Account Manager. You will be rewarded with salary reflective of background, skill set and experience.

Day to day:

  • Key responsibilities include ensuring appropriate contract level support and oversight of activity is delivered scope of responsibility and is completed to cost, timescales and appropriate quality standards as required by Integral and the client.
  • Ensure adherence and 100% compliance to Account KPI’s & SLA’s and that all legislative requirements are met across all facilities.
  • Ensure relevant client asset maintenance complies with statutory maintenance routines.
  • Ensure improvement and innovation measures are identified and delivered
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and creating a culture where high levels of client satisfaction becomes the norm ensuring positive constructive relationships based on long term partnership.
  • Appropriate contract level oversight of the activities of business or technical support or operations.
  • Working with delivery teams to resolve operational issues quickly ensuring that client SLA/KPI’s are achieved.
  • Work with the wider team to identify and develop innovative means of communicating with clients and driving usage
  • Manage relevant financial metrics / targets including invoicing WIP and debt management.
  • Identify areas to improve financial and operational performance within the contracted services and supply chain (including internal supply chain) - lead these change initiatives.
  • Directly manage the delivery of all FM services taking responsibility for performance, Human Resource Management, quality and profitability.
  • Monitor performance and provide formal monthly reports to the client and the Account Manager confirming compliance with the requirements of the contract and identifying issues for discussion, future workload, risks and opportunities.
  • Practice effective risk management, establishing controls, procedures, health and safety systems, audits etc which ensure that services are compliant with legislation and that contingency plans are in place.

Essential Skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Must be able to demonstrate exemplar client relationship management approach
  • Previous experience in a similar role with technical experience is essential
  • Understanding of UK health and safety requirements
  • Mechanical, organisational, interpersonal and IT skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, work to deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Courteous and helpful approach with strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Able to manage crisis situations
  • Self-motivated and can work independently
  • Exceptional level of administration and organizational skills
  • Industry relevant qualifications would be an advantage
  • Experience of stakeholder management is essential
  • An understanding M&E or Fabric disciplines is essential.
  • Computer literate Word, Excel, Outlook
