We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join a Market Leading Software House based in Ashford Middlesex, near Staines.
The Technical Support Analyst will be supporting external customers with their technical queries and helping with software installations and upgrades. You will need to have a good understanding of Networks, Outlook 365, Microsoft Windows Operating System, Teams, and some knowledge of SQL.
As the Technical Support Analyst, you will be liaising with 3rd party suppliers and Developers. In addition, the Technical Support Analyst will be involved in meeting with customers periodically to ensure customer satisfaction and any enhancements to the product that might be beneficial.

As part of the role there is a shift pattern which covers the Desk being manned from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm but this is flexible and paid. In addition, there is an excellent benefits package and a Christmas Bonus.
