A stock manager acts as the ultimate Charlotte Tilbury operations ambassador by leading a team with the unique Tilbury vision. They thrive on operational excellence, are dynamic and a true coach that helps develop the team to achieve sales and operational targets They know time is of the essence and how high demand our product is for our customers. Key Accountabilities
  • Driving operational success through motivation of the team to hit KPI targets
  • Drive profit protection through highlighting high stock volumes/slower selling lines to the business manager
  • Management of stock operations assistants ensuring any delegated tasks are followed up and reviewed
  • Effective communication through the leadership team to support knowledge to improve customer experience instore where stock or any operations may impact or have changes
  • Implement any brand processes meeting required deadlines
  • Working and liaising with host store partners and senior stakeholders; ensuring brand compliance with policies and procedures
  • Management of the shop floor replenished system and review to adapt the needs of the business where necessary
  • Monitor and log the use of testers weekly and order in accordance to needs
  • Management of all deliveries ensuring these are processed accurately and in a timely manner with any discrepancies raised and followed up
  • Completion and checks of all paper work
  • Effective management of out of stocks to control instore lost sales
  • Ensure the write off process for products comply with company policy and procedure, whilst limiting and reducing loss for the business is managed effectively and any flags are raised to the business manager
  • Ensure completion of transfers and recalls are processed in a timely and accurate manner, limiting and reducing loss for the business
  • Think limitlessly with your plan for the calendar year with consideration for New Product Launches and activity
  • Respond to queries regarding stockroom processes and procedures in a timely and professional manner
  • Demonstrate a good operational knowledge of the business
  • Adhere to health and safety guidance in the workplace
  • Naturally creative, seeking innovative ways to over perform and deliver
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, focusing on the ‘why?’ and taking risks to reach for ‘wow’ results
  • Assertive with energy and drive to succeed
  • Strong emotional intelligence and engaging personable skills that can be adapted to suit
