A young, ambitious, multi-disciplinary consultancy are seeking a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their forward thinking and progressive Cost Management team in London.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a close-knit team of Quantity Surveyors who work on projects and with clients across the globe.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on a diverse portfolio of projects. 50% of which is withing the commercial sector, with the remaining work covered across the residential, hospitality and healthcare sectors.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will undertake a client facing role, support the growth of the cost management team, and deliver projects from feasibility through to completion.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Ideally MRICS, or completed a Quantity Surveying degree
- Commercial sector experience would be beneficial, not essential
- Ambitious and driven personality
- Good communication skills
- UK, Cost consultancy/PQS experience
