Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £19,500 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
Our client is keen to recruit an Inbound Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team in Swindon.
Job Requirements
- To be the first point of contact for inbound calls.
- Understanding and communicating up to date information on products and services
- Identifying booking opportunities and leads.
- Discuss the current difficulties with service users, advise what will happen next and inform of any potential costs.
- Contact patients on how they found the experience
- Refer patients if they are experiencing any issues
- Triage calls for any customers requiring specific appointments

- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to achieve high standards at all times and be able to use initiative and creativity.
- Positive 'can do’ attitude, with a desire to exceed expectations.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good IT/literacy and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills and ability to take responsibility for own workload
- Good customer service skills
- A professional, approachable nature.
- Proactive approach to problem solving.
- GCSE’s grade C or above in Maths and English
