IT Support Analyst
Our client is urgently looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their team based in Chesterfield on a permanent basis. You will manage and maintain IT hardware and infrastructure in line with company procedures and standards; support the running of business systems across four separate business units; support for local and remote users. Working with one junior technician and with the support of the IT Manager.
There will also be a requriement to travel to Leicester once a week. Remote working will also be available.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with an excellent salary, as well as a benefits package including Car Allowance, Mileage, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Pension scheme as well as a Healthcare Cash Plan. The successful candidate must have a valid UK Driver’s Licence as well as a car, as travel to other sites will be required with expenses paid for these trips.
IT Support Analyst – Key Skills:
- In depth PC, server and network support experience
- Backup and disaster recovery administration (Veeam)
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP etc
- Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems
- Microsoft Server operating systems
- Virtual infrastructure (Hyper-V)
- Office applications
- Full UK Driving License
