Are you an experienced HR Resourcing Manager looking for a temporary contract?
Oxfordshire County Council are looking for a HR Resourcing Manager on an interim 6 month fixed term contract, to cover extended maternity leave.
You will have experience of managing agency contracts, frameworks and outplacement support as well as managing a team. This role is responsible for six team members.
An understanding of local government recruiting procedures is also beneficial along with the ability to manage changing and competing priorities and the people skills to influence others and ensure competing needs are balanced.
You'll work with a strong, passionate and resilient team, working to deliver new ideas and smoother operations.
You'll be fully supported to work on an agile and hybrid basis. This is mostly home working with attendance in the office where necessary e.g. monthly team meetings + ad hoc.
