Key responsibilities includeManaging the onboarding of new starters, offer letters, contracts of employment and DBS checksEnsure all visitors are KCSIE compliantMaintaining the CRM databaseEnsure all current staff are updated and in guidance with KCSIE.Assist in recrutiment lead with administering the recrutiment processManaging the HR and Recrutiment inboxes The perfect candidate will have some HR Administration/Support experience as well as be someone with a high level of computer literacy, high organised whilst efficient and with great time management
