Food technology teacher required
We are working with a school who are looking to recruit a temporary teacher of food technology. The role will be full time and will initially be for 1 term. There is a possibility of this being extended and then it will be for the full academic year.
It is essential that you are a qualified teacher of food technology and have experience teaching food technology in a UK school to key stage 3 and 4 pupils.
The school has fully equipped kitchens and workshops, with dedicated departmental technicians, meaning this is an excellent place to take the next step in your Food Technology teaching career. CONTRACT DETAILS* Oldham, Secondary school * Food Technology Teacher KS3/KS4 Classes * September start* Full time* Minimum rate £120 per day (please refer to Teacher Pay & Conditions Guidelines)* 8:30 am - 4pm, plus parents evenings
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Fully qualified teacher or an ECT graded good/outstanding
- Food Technology specialist
- Innovative and creative teaching strategies and lessons
- Aim to strive towards good and outstanding standards
- ICT capable with interactive whiteboards etc.
