A family-owned Ecommerce fulfilment and distribution company specialising in homeware goods is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Finance and Administration Assistant to join their small and dynamic team in their London offices.

Company sells over 5,000 products over online channels such as Amazon, eBay, and Debenhams and is rapidly expanding.
They are seeking a self-motivated person who enjoys working in a small, friendly office environment to join their team as a Finance and Administration.
Main responsibilities:
Processing bills / credit notes in NetSuite
Daily / monthly support for the Finance team, such as filing, reconciliations etc
Data entry (Finance and other)
General administrative support for the office
Requirements:
1+ years' experience in Finance / Administration
Strong numerical skills and strong attention to detail
Proficient in MS Excel and Word
Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
You should have a positive attitude, willingness to learn new technology, flexibility and able to handle pressure situations
