What does the role look like?
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with internal and external customers
- Ensuring all customer calls and orders are handled in a timely manner
- Putting service at the forefront of your work, and prioritising your customer
- Quality checking your work to ensure orders are correct
- Providing support across other areas within the business
- Handling a wider variety of issues and taking ownership of your work
- Effective communication within your team and the business
What will you bring?
- Experience working in a previous Customer Service role
- Great communication skills
- A can-do attitude, willing to learn
- Ability to work in a team, and independently
- Can work 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
