What does the role look like?

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with internal and external customers
  • Ensuring all customer calls and orders are handled in a timely manner
  • Putting service at the forefront of your work, and prioritising your customer
  • Quality checking your work to ensure orders are correct
  • Providing support across other areas within the business
  • Handling a wider variety of issues and taking ownership of your work
  • Effective communication within your team and the business

What will you bring?

  • Experience working in a previous Customer Service role
  • Great communication skills
  • A can-do attitude, willing to learn
  • Ability to work in a team, and independently
  • Can work 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
