Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)

The role of the Commissioning Engineer - Building Management Systems will involve:
- Commissioning engineer for the installation of building energy management systems
- Working as part of the projects team on site
- Dealing with any customer queries and monitoring issues
- Uploading smart controls software
- Carrying out site tests to ensure systems are working
- Finding faults and resolving the issue
- Ensuring all works is being completed to the highest standard
- Projects would include: retail outlets, local authorities, office blocks, factories, schools, listed buildings, local health authorities, libraries, pharmaceutical and leisure centres
The ideal applicant will be a Commissioning Engineer - Building Management Systems with:
- Must have experience in the BMS market
- Ideally will have a good understanding of BMS software
- Ideally will have commissioning experience however would consider service engineers
- Full UK driving license
- Must provide excellent customer service whilst on site
- Must be an enthusiastic, hungry, creative minded individual
- Would consider a less experienced person within the BMS market place
- Attention to detail and methodical organisational skills
- Treat the business as if it’s your own
