Great opportunity for a Commercial Manager/Cost Planner to work on Super Prime Residential in our clients new London office for one of the Middle Easts largest real estate development companies.
As the company establishes its London base, they are looking for a sharp and experienced Commercial Manager / Cost Planner to estimate and prepare cost plans from acquisition stage. Working with the Development team you will provide cost into their feasibility models to assess viability at early stage. This is a permanent role, but they will also look at initially a freelance position.
