Our client is a well-established and reputable financial services organisation based in Beverley. Due to continued growth, they are currently looking for a Cashier to join their friendly team. The Beverley Building Society has been established for over 150 years, with an excellent reputation, yet is dynamic and forward-thinking, focussing on both its members and its staff.
This is a customer-facing role that will involve working as part of the Savings Team to provide information of the products and services offered by the Society and includes the handling of cash transactions.
That’s why we are looking for someone with exceptional customer service experience, someone with a passion for helping people; someone who can build long lasting relationships based on trust and knowledge.
You will be dealing with all aspects of account management, from opening accounts and updating customer details so we are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail. Someone who is fully computer literate with MS Office and very self-managed.
This role will suit someone who has the ambition to develop and grow in the role, so a positive attitude to become part of this team is important, as is the desire to develop personally and take accountability for the role.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm, with alternate Saturdays 8.45am to 12.15pm.
