Our client is looking for an organised, enthusiastic person to join their team as a Sales Administrator in their head office in Maidstone, Kent.
Salary: £20,000 - £23,500
Duties will include:
- Handling all incoming emails and calls to the businesses generic accounts and escalating as appropriate
- Quoting for work
- Dealing with incoming enquiries and walk ins.
- Researching possible new customers/prospects and booking them in with the other sales team members.
- Microsoft Office, in particular MS Excel
- Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone and via email
- Capable of prioritising workload
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
