Account Executive | Full-Time: Permanent | Fully Remote (EMEA): Competitive SalaryDevOps Automation | Application Management | PaaS | Cloud Management | Production EnvironmentA leader in the ‘Environment as a Service’ (EaaS) platform space; a tech start-up is looking for an Account Executive with experience in B2B, PaaS end-to-end sales cycles. This opportunity is to expand their clients and serve the EMEA Market.About the CompanyA DevOps Automation tech start-up has developed an environment platform for software developers. This platform allows for collaborative practice, streamlining the code testing process. By providing an environment that allows for efficient infrastructure management, hosted on DevOps Tools, multiple clouds, and application management. Improving the scale, deployment, and optimisations of application.About the RoleAs an Account Executive, you would join the EMEA sales team and identify potential avenues for new prospective clients in mid-size businesses. Your role would be to manage the entire sales cycle; from identifying potential clients to onboarding the entire team.Role Responsibilities
  • Accurately forecast and successfully execute revenue performance.
  • Assess clients and create personalised presentations.
  • Create and manage a pipeline, to consistently increase company revenue while promoting ROI for the customers.
  • Gain knowledge about the product and the clients to align the sale with their needs.
  • Once given a geographical location to sell to, you will need to plan strategies for customer adoption and growth within that territory.
  • Produce and execute effective product demonstrations.
  • Propositioning the value of the product with clients through email & telephone.
  • Provide feedback to the product team, so that the product is consistently improved.
  • Understand your customers, identify their key challenges and use them as selling opportunities.
  • Using CRM – manage your activities.
  • Liaise and learn from our technology partners.
Ideal Candidate/Requirements
  • 5+ year’s end-to-end sales experience selling devtools or cloud platforms.
  • A highly organised individual, able to oversee multiple projects with little to no margin of error.
  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively apply.
  • Experience using or tracking your sales activity using CRM software
  • Experience with consultative selling strategies.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sale quotas.
  • The experience or ability to be an IC.
  • Fluent English is required – additional languages are encouraged!
