St George's, University of London is searching for an organised and detail-oriented Placement Coordinator to join our Education Operations team. In this role, you will support Allied Health students by managing clinical placement schedules and processes. As our Placement Coordinator, you will:
Oversee placement allocation and availability for students across various allied health programmes
Serve as the main contact for placement-related queries from students, staff, and external partners
Maintain accurate databases and schedules related to placements
Support placement software systems and training for users
Coordinate placement agreements and quality audits
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in an administrative role, preferably placement related in higher education or healthcare
Is highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Has strong customer service skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
Is comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
