Ourclient is seeking several fulltime experienced Foreign ExchangeDealers.This is a 360 role and the successful applicants will be incontrol of the full sales cycle including both the sales anddealing aspects. Responsible for selling and managing foreignexchange services to companies and sending and receiving paymentseach day in multiple different currencies all around the world. Youshould have experience in international payments currency marketscurrency derivativeproducts.


JobDuties


  • Developstrategies for building relationships with experienced midcapcorporateclients.
  • Initiatethe sales process by scheduling appointments making presentationsand understanding accountrequirements.
  • Closesales by building rapport with potential referral sources andaccounts explaining product and service capabilities overcomingobjections and preparingcontracts.
  • Manageall elements of a clientportfolio.
  • Contactcorporate clients and set appointments with new businessopportunities.
  • Marketand close sales opportunities for foreign exchange products andinternational paymentservices.
  • Buildand maintain strategic business relationships with existing andprospectiveclients.
  • Managethe complete sales cycle process to ensure maximum productivity andcompletion of sales/pipeline reports and competitorinformation.
  • Communicatecustomer requirements sales and lead information with the tradingteam andmanagement.
  • Adhereto the Compliance and AntiMoney Laundering procedures as well asall companypolicies.


Requirements

Qualifications


  • Proficiencyin derivative instrument pricing andsales.
  • Experiencemanaging a portfolio ofclients.
  • Extensiveknowledge of client exposures at a corporatelevel.
    Experienceselling cash flow and fair value hedges tocorporations.
  • Willingnesstotravel.
  • Bachelors degree and/or equivalentideal.
  • Proficientin MicrosoftOffice/Excel.
  • Needto pass a financial and criminal backgroundcheck.

Strategic collaborator withinsight and agility, able to anticipate future challenges, ensuringoperational effectiveness. Skills and Experience: Previousexperience of between 2-3 years in FX Sales. Strong pricing andstructuring capabilities. Entrepreneurial spirit and highlyadaptable. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to navigate andsimplify complex processes. Good knowledge of FX derivatives.Ability to multi-task and detail oriented. Excellent communicationskills, foreign languages a plus. Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills. Experience working in a regulated environmentand knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associatedwith this.
