Job Opportunity: Experienced FX Dealer

A leading client of ours is seeking a seasoned FX dealer with a hunger for success. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to build their own client base while training and developing two business generators. The ideal candidate will have significant experience (2-5 years dealing deliverable FX) and an adaptable, entrepreneurial spirit to help our client’s established FX firm grow. Bringing on your own business is essential.

About the Client Our client is a fast-growing, London-based deliverable Foreign Exchange and Payments company. Fully authorized and regulated, their office is located near London Bridge. They are expanding their sales and dealing team to enhance their suite of products and services.

Job Description Our client is looking for a senior dealer ready to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will need to bring in new business from the start, but will also receive company leads and have the opportunity to develop a team of business developers to open accounts for them.

The role includes servicing a current book of clients by calling through the database and booking trades to generate revenue. While the primary focus will be on bringing in new business, the candidate will also manage and nurture relationships with existing private and corporate clients, as well as generating leads from introducers and BDMs.

Candidates should have 2-5 years of dealing experience and ambitions to manage and develop younger/emerging sales staff. They will also provide market updates and deliver news/economic data reports. Attendance at industry shows and representing the company out of the office will be required.

This is an office-based role, with an expectation for staff to be in the office at least 4 days per week.
