- Experience troubleshooting/supporting Microsoft 365 technologies
- Strong communication skills and an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with Desktop/Printer support
- Experience of working within a fast-paced environment
The role requires the successful candidate to be onsite 5x days p/w in Edinburgh due to their clients' requirements.
