Are you a capable and forward thinking individual with a ‘can do’ attitude?

I am currently working with a global client who are looking for a core member to join their support team. Within this role you will serve as an escalation point, providing second/third level support and work closely with the project teams. You will ensure that data is secure by maintaining an efficient and healthy network infrastructure. You will also maintain and develop systems, working with the IT Manager to implement new solutions and technical initiatives.

You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and securing hardware
- Ensuring consistent backup and archive processes are being fulfilled
- Application & patching OS maintenance
- Manage and maintaining infrastructure in Cloud, Datacentre and remote studios
- Providing second/third line support to 260+ users

Technical skills & competencies:
- Windows 2016/2019 Server
- Azure Office 365
- Active Directory 2016
- VMware & Virtualisation technologies

Benefits
