As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of systems and data. You will work collaboratively with our client’s cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain security measures that safeguard the infrastructure, applications, and customer information.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats and weaknesses.
Design, implement, and manage security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols.
Monitor security logs and investigate security incidents, responding swiftly to mitigate threats.
Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into all systems and applications.
Stay current with emerging cyber threats and security technologies, and make recommendations for improvements.
Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cyber Security Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and best practices.
Knowledge of network and application security, encryption, and access controls.
Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and penetration testing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
