This pivotal role, based in Aberdeen, offers a fixed-term contract with an attractive annual salary. We are seeking an individual with a profound background in wind energy, civil, or marine engineering.
Position Overview
As the Package Manager, you will oversee the management of foundation projects for offshore wind turbines from initiation to completion. Your role will focus on ensuring that all phases of the project, including design, procurement, construction, and installation, meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This position demands a strategic leader capable of navigating complex engineering challenges and leading teams to successful project deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire lifecycle of offshore wind foundation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and installation teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
Oversee compliance with all health and safety regulations, ensuring that all team members hold the required H&S tickets.
Implement and monitor risk management processes and safety protocols to mitigate potential project risks.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports for senior management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in wind energy, specifically with offshore wind foundations.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related technical field.
Must possess all relevant health and safety tickets applicable to offshore wind projects.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a high-pressure environment.
Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of negotiating and influencing key stakeholders.

Compensation
The successful candidate will be offered an annual salary of £100,000.
